Constructed using solid 316 grade stainless steel, the unit has been designed to withstand even the most demanding and vigorous food production environments – making it ideal for a busy factory environment.
The print engines within the unit have a reputation for reliability and are compliant with all Windows operating systems. The compact unit offers a high-speed industrial printing solution designed for high volume thermal label production with an easily replaceable print head.
For convenience, the unit can be provided as a stand-alone operation station (head only) to attach to existing scales, or as a full weigh system allowing for complete flexibility. What’s more, it contains its own industrial PC which means it can be multi-functional and not just used as weighing scales. An example of how one major UK food processor utilises this is with the integration of the units to provide recipe-based production recording. This provides the business with real time yields as well as product and staff performance.
The unit’s operation station can be used with your own system or with the Evolve 4 Operations Centric ERP System, which incorporates all the functionality needed to control operations and material traceability.
The unit can also be used in a stand-alone emergency for weighing and printing, meaning that if internet connection is lost it can still function.
